I raise the pumpkins that have seeds without hulls. The flesh is more like a mature zucchini with mild pumpkin flavor. by dehydrating it the flavor is intensified and storage is easy.

For making flour to use in baking or cooking I slice after removing the rind with potato fry cutter which drys to fine strings.

Yes I grow the seed I obtained from Uprising Seed. The first year only half got mature seed but the last 2 years I have been getting them started earlier and the summers have been warmer.
I can swap seed if you would like.
Here is how I grow them:
