So this is the cob pizza oven with mass attachment I designed for my friends' off grid restaurant in Amsterdam. We could only use a 6 inch system because of the flue. So as a result you have to fire the oven initially inside the oven then switch to the rocket stove and it will keep the oven hot. The first party had the oven pizza hot for 5 hours. In order to keep the flow going through the bench I placed the pipe going out of the mass up against the fire brick next to the rocket exhaust. It steals some heat but the gasses flow well. The bench butts up to their vertical aquaponics system.

They ran the pipes to the flue after I left so they are at an angle but it works for the greenhouse.

Here you can see the brick bones before the cob layers went on. The large refractory bricks take the direct flame from the burner to save the cob.

The channel of the mass was made of bricks with only the clean outs being pipe

Notice the brick column at the entrance to the oven.
