I've seen things like this mentioned before but for the life of me cannot find a thread for this specific topic.

Does anybody have some kind of list or resource of where to plant what in a hugel? For example someone once told me to put my tomatoes on the base, and more of the beneficial companions that won't be harvested on the top. That makes perfect sense, but where do I plant the other stuff? Maybe we can create a good info source for other noobs like myself
