With fishing season in full swing, I thought I would share my favorite "secret" recipe to make batter for a fish fry.
Combine celery salt, red and black pepper and paprika with Aunt Jemima pancake mix and eggs.
Anyone else have any good fish recipes to share?
What are your favorite spots to go around Missoula?
