I started this thread a few days ago
https://permies.com/t/52127/soil/Turning-sand-soil

If you look in the greening the desert list of topics, you can see an apple next to my thread's name, but there is no apple on any of the posts.
Looking at my profile, it says apples received in last 30 days is "-1"

Even if there is a function to cater for apple-giver's remorse, I would still expect number of apples in last 30 days to be zero as the net effect of giving an apple then taking it away.

Maybe coincidence but I noticed this around the time I bought a slice of pie, a pie rollout related glitch?

'Tis an interesting question. Your post currently appears on three forums, and each one says the thread has scored 4 apples. But none of the individual posts say that they've received an apple. Your total count is still at 6 apples, and your profile says you've had no change in apple numbers in the last 30 days. Maybe the -1 is from something else, more than 30 days ago? Have you posted in the cider press in the last month or two? I know that's one forum where Paul expected people to lose apples.

At first, I was wondering if the new forum look did away with telling you how many apples a post had earned, as I see quite a few threads in various forums that say they've scored x apples, but none of the posts indicate having earned an apple. So I looked through some older threads (posts where I knew I had earned an apple), and found that they still listed that the post had earned an apple. So that part didn't disappear. My personal guess is that the apple scoring listed next to the titles of threads is different than the earning of apples by users. Maybe apples can be given either to people or to threads? I didn't find anything about this when I searched the forums, though, so I can't say for sure.
