On Mondays from 2-4pm in the parking lot of the Missoula 3:16 is something called the Missoula Food Wagon which is part of the Missoula Food Bank network where they deliver perishables and non-perishables to low income households. Last time they did this I was lucky
enough to
volunteer about 40 pounds worth of cabbage grown in my Mothers garden and they are usually pretty happy to take any extra stuff off your hands (especially as the frost is coming hard and fast).
Contact the Missoula Food Bank to see how and when you can drop stuff off. You know it'll be put to good use by the low income families in the area.
The 3:16 is on Toole Avenue pretty close to Orange Street but I don't have the exact address.
