Hey guys! I have read many of the issues here and have been personally concerned with food waste and sustainability for a long time, so much that I really decided to do something about it. I created a solution that I think can solve a lot of your spoilage problems by using a mixture of essential oils and advanced technology known as micro encapsulation. We now have a solution that increases the shelf life of cucumbers, tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, eggplants, lettuce, potatoes, lemons, and more! I really hope that our solution helps everyone with their issues. To see the actual solution you should check out https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/phresh/food-protectors-your-kitchens-heroes
