I thought I would share this short video with you all, I don't know if this has ever been done before but I surprised myself with this one and had to share!

1. Start with a knife that just lost its edge not one that has never been sharpened
2. hold a lower angle than you want, if you rock up that will be the angle on the edge
3. start with the right grit of stone, never move on to a finer stone until you have established an edge.

I can't cover everything but I cover it all in my DVD Beyond Razor Sharp, and I have youtube videos as well that cover most of what you need to know to get started.
