We are in a cash crunch. We have three parcels of land to sell and the taxes are due. 2 of these parcels are adjoining and are mostly raw land. There is access. Electrical could be put in quickly. would be ideal for tiny home on wheels or RV/motorhome. Purchase contract available if you decide you can make a go of it. otherwise improvements remain part of the land. There is a description link in my signature line. I will get back with exact costs later but I want to get this listed tonight.

Hi Hans, I came across another post mentioning this land and then found your post on keypeninsulafarms.com.  Is this land still available for sale? And if so, asking price? Trying to narrow down some properties to start looking at on the West side, strongly considering a move back over there from Spokane. Thanks, Carrie

The property is currently under a lease agreement but I am not sure if the tenant will be able to fallow through.  Will notify you if situation changes.
