New kid on the block er... Garden?

Hello all you wonderful people! I believe I just found my new favorite place on the Internet! I stumbled across this researching permaculture prior to work today. I was excited about my discovery throughout work and couldn't wait to sign up and join this awesome community! I am 100% new to permaculture so I have a lot of reading and many questions. Excited for it all! Brief intro to myself: I am 26, going back to school in the fall for horticulture, dream of living in a earthship, vegan, love nature ( I wonder if anyone on this site hates nature? Haha!), am striving to become more of a minimalist, and I just want to travel and spread health and happiness throughout the world. I should probably put all this in my bio on my profile haha!
