The Indiana nut and fruit growers association is having their annual scion wood swap meeting about a week from now right by Purdue University. In addition to the scion wood swap, and the chance to talk with old timers with half a century of experience growing fruits/nuts, there will be a guest speaker and a pruning demo.

April 3 meeting in West Lafayette. John S Wright Forestry Center, 1007 N 725 West. Doors open at 11:00, 12:00 pitch in lunch. Short business meeting 1:00 followed by speaker Dr Zhao Ma at 1:15. Auction at 1:45, bring plant related material if you would like to, followed by a self guided tour through the Butternut block. 3:00 there will be a pruning and scion wood collection demo.

The airline is called "Virgin"? Don't you want a plane to go all the way? This tiny ad will go all the way:
Heat your home with the twigs that naturally fall of the trees in your yard
