Just a note to make it clear to folks that all workshops will be openly videoed. people who don't want to appear in video or in pictures should not attend our workshops.
For some workshops we will grant a free ticket to one or two videographers. This is a trade where a person will get to attend at no charge in exchange for all of the video and pictures they take. To make the trade complete they will be expected to video the entire event- and sound quality is important... Microphones on the instructors would be a component. They can use all that video and pictures any way that they want. And I will be able to use all of the video and pictures any way that I want.
Some people will just take lots of video and pictures at a workshop. And depending on the quantity and quality I might be willing to give them a credit for future events in exchange for a copy of their video and pictures.
Stuff here is, for the large part, considered "open source." Any video or pictures that you take, you can do whatever you want with it. If you wish to get rich somehow, that's your business. All of our instructors and students are all okay with this (cuz if they are not, then they need to stay away).
