Hi Peter,
I'm growing wine caps outside, but I'm interested in what would be the next easiest mushrooms to cultivate outside in a permaculture setting in the ground?
Thanks,

Hi John,
Oysters (e.g. the Elm Oyster, Hypsizygus ulmarius) is a great garden mushroom and is also quite easy to grow.

Cheers
Peter
