It doesn't look like it to me. Are the leaves furry? It looks a little more like an evening primrose.

if the plants are that size by now, will they flower this year?

i read that the evening primrose is edible and has medicinal purposes... but no free cowboy-toiletpaper....

... it´s about time to get a signature ...
