Edible floating pond plants?

Does anyone know if there are edible pond plants which float on pond water (no need for having roots in sludge/dirt/soil)?

Water spinach (Ipomaea aquatica) is edible and delectable. Water hyacinth is also said to be edible although some people are allergic to it.
 
Roses are red. Violets are blue. Some poems rhyme. But this is a tiny ad:
