Interviewees for a magazine article

I mostly lurk and glean advice quietly but am now reaching out to ask for your stories. I'm looking for someone (or someones) who would be willing to be interviewed for a magazine article about living simply. This person wouldn't have all of the "how to answers" so much as be willing to share their experience of shifting to a simpler lifestyle. I would happily provide more details you'd like.

Do these interviewees have to live in the USA or be a particular age , sex etc

What publication will the article be published in?

I'm not looking for anyone from a particular demographic so much as someone who has transitioned to simpler living. So someone who grew up with permie type parents and inherited their way of life wouldn't be who I'm looking for at this time.

The magazine is a new one. As I understand it, the target is to be published for the autumn.
