Hi Permies. This is Gurkan from Australia. I've long been into permaculture; read, watched, implemented many principles of it in my daily life. Recently started a PDC course here in Canberra to get the certificate. I grow food in our suburban garden, have 2 aquaponics system with silver perch and trout and got topbar beehives. I am trying to cram in as logically possible as I can in our back and front yard plus some guerilla gardening and grafting. I wrote a cheesemaking, natural beekeeping and aquaponics books all in Turkish. I am now writing another one on permaculture, principles and implementation according to the local fauna and flora of Turkey. So far translated books are not giving suitable info on local implemantations in Turkey and they stay as a general info books.

I am also giving workshops here in Canberra on cheesemaking, soil building, nutrient density and brix, beekeeping and aquaponics. My english blog is https://homecheesemaker.wordpress.com and Turkish blog is http://artizanpeynirci.blogspot.com

I am looking forward to learn, agree, disagree
