These links came up in a different site related to fruit and vegetable production for sale to the public in the US.  I think the issues came up before, but will post them again here for those interested.  It may be good if you are now, or considering in the future to be, selling produce to the public that you see if you need to comply or can provide rationale for exemption/variance from some of the new laws coming down the road.  The first link is directed more to north central states.  The second link seems to provide some information on what type of operations need to comply.
