Guy I'm in a FB group with is running a campaign to buy community land in southern New Mexico.  He said:

We are on our way to starting a permaculture community for veterans in need. We have located 160 acres two miles from town for 150K. We have research partnerships with NMSU and are in active negotiations with the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility which is just down the road. Huge implications for the future.

Here's the campaign link on a platform I wasn't familiar with: "Generosity by IndieGoGo":
Foxhole Homes Land Purchase

They want to build earthship-esque tiny houses.  The pitch video has a walk-thru of the prototype they have built nearby.

How do they get the deer to cross at the signs? Or to read this tiny ad?
