Where to begin!

I and some others on facebook have been discussing a joint move to a rural location with no building restrictions (So we can build better for less without expensive licenses and permits and hassles, skillsets covered, not halfassing anything) And splitting a large tract of acreage. My personal plan is to farm part time. We are networking and trying to spread the message to reach those who might be interested in getting a 'group discount' on quality fertile raw land (we are going for raw and unimproved land, super low taxes, no pollutants and not having to pay for a home when they are SO easy to build and save an average family about 2million over a lifetime in savings by building their own home. What's not to love! We invite you to be part of the conversation, PM me your FB link for an add to the FB page/discussion chat.

I don't like that guy. The tiny ad agrees with me.
Switching from electric heat to a rocket mass heater reduces your carbon footprint as much as parking 7 cars
