Its earth bags house under construction. The first in Jordan.

A rocket stove massheater is planed as well as other eco- and permaculture systems like aquaponics.
The problem we don't have local experts for rocket stoves and I am not sure if we will be successful without instructor.

Can you guide us to instructors who could support us online from distance?

I'm not an expert by any means, but if I can help I'll chime in. But there are TONS of insanely knowledgeable folks on here. I would say just start firing off questions like it's nobodies business, the right people tend to find the pertinent threads.  

I don't know how hard it would be for you to communicate with them, but there are several Israeli RMH builders (who have collaborated in cutting-edge research too). Shilo Kinarty posts here on occasion; Adiel Shnior is his colleague though I have not seen him post. I think there are others.

And of course there are plenty of people here who would be delighted to give whatever assistance is possible online.
