Farm Opportunity in Nantahala NC

Hi Permies! My family and I have a 4 acre remote farm in Nantahala NC. Ultimately looking for the right person/couple to caretake/ garden our property. the goal would be to mutually feed our families, pay the farm bills and make some $. there is a main house, rustic caretaker cabin, barn, pasture, and a few outbuildings. we are within walking distance of the Nantahala river where previous tenants have worked in the outdoors industry. so my criteria are as follows- young person/ couple, sound mind and body, non smoking, respectful, and hard working. there is a lot of potential here, just need someone with the passion! thanks!
