Do you have land but are lacking cash for your plants and infrastructure?  I am in need of a rental of land for at least six months, my intention is to build a tiny house as components and truck them to the ultimate intended site.  In addition to some cash I could provide up to 200 fruit tree and berry starts (all under 1 foot at this time). Id be willing to plant them where you need them and keep them on a watering program to get them off to a good start. The beginnings of your food forest.

I would like to stay in the region of West Virginia, Virginia, Northern NC, perhaps Eastern Kentucky, perhaps Western PA. I have connections and friends in the area and I will need to do have some land hunting safaris every month.

I would be camping on the property while building, so something a little remote and away from prying eyes might be best, I want to try to keep tools and materials from walking away.

I would be very descrete and respectful of your property, hoping to leave it better than when I came.  Can we cooperate for our mutual benefit? Must be relocated by April 1 2022.

Thanks for reading, Moose me if this seems interesting....

Too bad you're not looking a little farther south, as I would consider the arrangement. I hope you find what you're looking for, and the right person comes along!
