Hi to all and apologies if this is not in the right place, any administrator may feel free to herd it into its correct place....

The good news is that for the first time in my life I am not tied financially to a job having recently retired with a (most modest) but workable income for a thrifty fellow.  The bad news is that my first purchase of a West Virginia
property to settle on was plagued with bad neighbors and I decided before I got in too deep to liquidate my holding and get out.

So I am back looking for that Goldylocks property that is "just right". Problem is, I am living at least 100 miles from the WVA state line, commuting is time intensive and puts miles on the truck. Its just not efficient. I am determined to relocate to WVA by April 1st.  If I must rent a spot and continue my search, I must, so...

If there are any West Virginia Permies in need of a little infrastructure cash, I have some cash and I believe I need something between a 3 and 9 month stay while I do my land search. I am 62, non smoking omnivore, fairly quiet and very focused on finding a home for myself. I have a small truck, most posessions are located in a storage bin near Pulaski VA.   I am fairly flexible in terms of living arrangements and even if you have a little patch of land and water access, I could assemble a shelter for myself that would get me through the year (and perhaps take it with me as well or leave it depending.)

I have a stable income, perhaps you need some cash for your infrastructure? This could be it!!!

Please feel free to "moose me". Im pulling out all the stops to get relocated, again by April 1 of 2022.

Best, Mike L

Morning came much too soon and it brought along a friend named Margarita Hangover, and a tiny ad.
