Tomorrow Jan 3rd 2017 is supposed to be a very cold day (-10).  I'm free and in Missoula visiting family.  I'm very interested in the rocket mass Teepee. I'm spent some time at Standing Rock and would love to see the Rocket Mass TeePee with my own eyes. I've been involved with Tech Warrior Camp and think that some of your innovations would be very appropriate for Standing Rock. Any residents available and willing?  I'm willing to pay the appropriate fee.

Roberto,

It looks like I am the first to reply and the day is half over.

We charge $100 as a gapper fee, but that includes a full tour including the tipi with the rocket mass heater.  We encourage our residents to undercut this fee, but as you can see, they usually spend their time working on their projects rather than visiting with folks here.   They will be by, it's just that it might be a day or two.  Plus, a lot of people are away for the holidays.  Some have been away to standing rock.  So we are really short on peeps.

If you check out the sepper program, you can even rent the tipi for a few days.

I hope this helps.

Hi Paul,

I really enjoyed  my time in Missoula.  I wish I would have thought about the Labs visit earlier.  I figured it was a long shot due to the short timeline.  I understand the process better now, thanks for the links.   I'll be back and will plan better next time.

Here is the longer term indigenous ecovillage that is being designed and will be built this spring
. I'm sure many of the innovations and experience of wheaton labs could be very helpful during the building and design.

Thanks,
Roberto
