Anyone got some good suggestion for Apple varieties for Zone 8 in the deep south?

granny smith, Arkansas black, red or yellow delicious, macintosh, and most others (except Honey crisp) work well in zones 7- 8.

Yellow delicious, gala, granny smith, most/(all?) apples based on Gala.

Low chill Apple Trees is what's good. I really like Anna apple, but Fuji Apple is the most popular. Gala Apple is good, and Granny Smith Apple is the green tart one. These are the staples.
