My cow got his horns cut off, so I made a powder horn from one of them.

I wanted a measured tip on it. Surprisingly, I was able to tap the threads into the end. I shaped the top from a piece of pecan. Its held in with glue and brass tacks. It's done other than some detail work

Great idea for reusing that cow horn! Make sure to post a picture after you finish the detail work!

Here is the other horn. I Left live edge on pecan cap. Antler plug on bottom. Laced it for necklace.
