I'm needing a chicken tractor design that is easy to build (beginner), and easy for 1 person to move. I'll only be putting 3 hens and a rooster in it, but will also be using it for their resulting chicks. Bummer only having 1 broody hen. I am considering a 2 piece ssystem, since there will be about 20 eggs incubated.

Check out http://www.ana-white.com/2012/05/plans/frame-chicken-coop we used this plan and built ours. We never added the wheels as there are two of us to move but you can easily add lawnmowers wheels so it can be raised and lowered. We replaced the 2x4's with longer ones and that's what we use on each side to lift and move.
