Did you guys hear about this old logging town for sale? Who wants to buy it with me and turn it into a Permaculture School!?

Tiller is downstream from the Rogue-Umpqua divide wilderness. I went backpacking there last Fall. From a nature standpoint this is a great area! I'm looking forward to seeing how this develops.
