This year I am tapping a few birch trees for the first time.  Haven't boiled any down yet, but wow, the sap is delicious.

Any one else who has traveled this road before have tips, tricks or suggestions?  Just tapping 10 trees this year.

look! it's a bird! it's a plane! It's .... a teeny tiny ad
