Community Rebuilds still has spots available for the Fall 2017 Natural Building Internship (July 17th-December 15th) in Moab, Utah. CR accepts 16 interns for a semester to build two straw-bale homes from foundation to finish, under the guidance of our experienced build team. Applicants do not have to have any prior building experience, only an open mind and excitement to learn. Housing and food stipend is provided in addition to the education in building.

Homes built through our program are specifically for income-qualified members of the community's workforce. Homeowners are selected prior to the start of the build and will be working side by side with the interns in the construction of their home.

Supplemental learning experiences include workshops in permaculture, tadelakt plastering, and solar pv installation.

Join us for the experience of a lifetime as you learn, serve and play in Moab!
