Premium access to "Rocket Canner Fryer and Forge - Draft Plans"

I received an email with the title 'Premium access to "Rocket Canner Fryer and Forge - Draft Plans"' (presumably related to the recent Kickstarter), but when I follow the link in it the page it brings up prompts me to pay $12.50 for the plans.  Is that the intent?

The plans are $12.50 to anybody that does not have access.   This would be the case if you are:

A:  not logged in

B:  logged in with an account that does not have access.

Is it possible that you looked at that page when you were not logged in?
