I'm wracking my brain trying to see if I could make this work for me.  I've been interested for a long time in both commercial property and food cultivation, and you're not even that far away from where I need to stay close to (Denver).

Do you mind if I ask what the NOI is on the motel? (or any financial measure you want, really).
