With more pictures, we may be able to help you better. Can you give us a close up of a leaf, front and back? A closer detail of the structure of a branch, maybe from underneath the tree? Also a closer look at the bark of the tree.

Does it get yellow flowers? If so it might be Laburnum anagyroides
