Hey guys!
I really love the idea of mixing a bunch of seeds and just tossing them onto my lawn/backyard. The thing is, I have (relatively speaking compared to an acre) a small backyard in the suburbs.
What is something else I can do to emulate the seed tossing to make it a little more organized but still have a really nice mixture?
I want to plant a few wild marigolds, borage, nasturtium, lots of veggies (carrots, tomatoes, peas, beans, corn, squash, pumpkins, a big variety of lettuces, spinach, kale, and hopefully more), grapes, some berry bushes. lots of herbs, (mint has already taken over 1/4 of the backyard, it was planted before I moved in) and anything else you could recommend!
I live in Ottawa, Canada, so I'm in cold-hardy zone 5.
Thanks!
Thanks!
