Not sure if this the right place to post this but here it goes
I have been looking for Giant Ragweed (Ambrosia trifida) seeds both online and locally in the wild and can't find any. Does anyone sell it or know some place that does? I don't have any seed to barter for it

The reason I want to grow it is for biomass and easy self seeding grain for chickens that would happily grow in poor very shallow rocky dirt

I can send you some if I can send to Canada.  I'm getting ready to harvest mine.

Thanks Todd Parr if you can send some giant ragweed seeds to Canada that would be amazing. I just need enough seed to start a 1-3 sqft patch, probably 0.5-1 oz would be planty. I can massage you my mailing address if you want

Sounds good.  I don't know how many are in an ounce, so I'll just send you some.

Hello,
Todd, may I purchase some of your giant ragweed seeds? Can't find them anywhere--or I don't need a pound of them
Hope I've sent this message right!
Thank you,
Elliott

Howdy!
I would love to know how y'all harvest your Giant Ragweed seeds.
I had a bunch move in and settle into the ecology of my yard. While I didn't care for it, I did enjoy the natural mutations that popped up (some with variegated leaves, height differences, germination differences, ...) and the chickens LOVED it.

I'm going to go back to trying to pull it up as it comes, but that's generally a losing game before the stalks become too hard to pull up and I have to cede victory, which thrills the chickens. They'll play "Jungle Chicken" in the plants and forage happily within the shaded area.
I had heard it was a protein heavier grain crop, and had thoughts of supplementing either our food supply, or the poultry's.

Any advice? Please?
