Hmm... pretty neat!  He acknowledges that it won't solve the problem, is a little impractical for the typical commuter, but it does emancipate him at least!  Gasoline will now be more or less "starter fluid" for him.

I'd be willing to jump through the hoops of starting and refilling, but I don't know if I could have that contraption hanging off my car!
