Joe used to be a member of a facebook group that I ran. He's a good guy. I haven't seen the houses he built in person, or attended a workshop. But, the photos and info he used to post were very impressive. Also, I used to live in Commerce, GA - it is a nice little town, convenient to Athens, Atlanta and Clemson - good, friendly folks, good southern food. That is as much endorsement as I can give having no hands on experience. But, if you are in the region and "interested in this kind of thing", it should be a great opportunity.
