Just saw this at Landwatch and thought I would post it for some of you folks who may be thinking about getting together and starting a community.  Some of them look pretty interesting and if you could put together some money to make the minimum bid you might end up with a pretty large piece of land.  Some of them look like they have drainages through them and one is up on a mountain. You would want to be sure that there was deeded access so you could get to the land. Some of the cheaper ones look like they are in pretty salty soil so be aware.
