Internship on permaculture homestead in Humboldt CA

Hello!
Looking for trustworthy and hardworking individual or couple to help on an offgrid permaculture farm focused on simple living and self reliance.
The work includes watering and food preservation. Also tending plants and animals (small scale/flocks of ducks,goats,sheep,chickens)
Schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-12pm and a half hour in the late afternoon/evenings for food preservation (solar dehydrating,canning,ferments, etc)
Small cabin and air stream, hot showers, and mostly vegetarian food provided on a secluded riverside property with a temperate coastal climate.
Spring water,mature orchard,library,sauna,and limited cell reception.
Hoping to find spring/ summer garden intern with sincere interest in permaculture and self reliance. .
Possible longterm worktrade for winter caretaker.
I don't have Internet or use computer. Cell service is marginal.
