Anyone set up Owl Houses?

With increasing food for rodents in our "Wild Garden" (zone 3-4)
I expect we will get more mice and rats.
Our cats are getting older and we dont plan on getting any more.

There are many types of owls, and many types of owl houses.  What type of owls live in your area?

Here is a plan for screech owls:

Since owls have no sense of smell, they are one of the few predators capable of controlling skunk populations.

Has anyone set up owl houses since then? I'd like to put one up at my farm, and in an out of the way location at some of the church/interfaith projects I'm doing

I agree. Here's the link: http://stoves2.com
