Seeking an advertising and recruitment manager for intentional community startups

Anyone interested in filling the role of an advertising and recruitment manager for intentional communities?

Hey Bill tell me more. I am planning something exactly like that over here in SW Washington state.

Creating a database of people looking for intentional community based on specific values or interests would be a start.  I'm flexible with plans for compensation, but would prefer something based on results where compensation happens after the match has proven to be a good fit.
