I've recently discovered a large patch of Bergamot Mint growing in a back field.  And, I'm wondering how to best make use of it.  I know it is used in Native American ceremonies...Sundance, for example.   And, I know there is a value in the seeds.  Does anyone have any experience harvesting, processing, and/or selling/buying?

Thanks!
