Hello all new guy here

So me and my wife are looking to buy some land and build a home we have an rv and are looking to buy around 10 acres or so not sure where we can build an off grid home or get decent land for around 1000 an acre all of my internet searching has showed me that wyoming is about my price range but i have never been there though what i am seeing is incredible

check out northern or north central Michigan Craigslist if you are looking for cheap land and even with houses on them..alll the forclosures..man some places are going for ridiculously cheap prices..

my sister 's daughter got her place BEFORE the housing drop for $30,000 for a house and acerage..and the house behind us went for $15,000 for the house and pole barn and a couple acres..
