The moment you think you have it all lined up - LIFE!!!
I find myself in mid season and the farm "partners" have to unfortunately return to the daily grind to help support a very ill family member next month.  So we have an opening for a couple or a couple of friends that want to jump in mid season to our permaculture, certified organic & biodynamic farm.  Long and short of it is:
I offer:
a private grey water, 2 bedroom cottage, a private garden which already is laid out and some perennials, medicinals and herbs are established.  Summer Crops are in the ground, berries will soon be ripe, loads of newer areas to be worked.  At this point, I'm happy to split 50/50 all net proceeds from the farm's annual crops, 100% of whatever you grow in the cottage's garden,  make sure you're well fed, share all of the knowledge I have as well as knowledge from our occassional teaching guests. Rico Zook and Koreen Brennan  just finished up 3 intensive courses and will be back.
This is not a short term offer and certainly could turn into a long term gig.
What I'm seeking:
Existing growing knowledge, hard working, honest and creative.  Hubby is a professional blacksmith artist, we have a wood shop as well.

Please check out our beautiful farm in very rural VA.
