Hi gardeners! Yesterday I found a very interesting topic on the Internet that watermelon seeds are really healthy. The only think that you need to do is to roast them. It is believed that they have got a lot of iron so we shouldn't throw them away. Do you eat them or not? I am not convinced about this idea, but maybe you will persuade me:D
I have been seeing the health benefits of eating watermelons seeds on the internet also though I have not found any hard evidence.
I fully understand the benefits of eating seeds so this does not surprise me.
Would you share some links, especially about roasting them?

I eat them now but grew up spitting them out. I read somewhere years ago that they were healthy and started eating them as I eat the watermelon. I never thought to save them and roast to eat later but I bet it would be tasty. I imagine you'd lose some of the vitamins but certainly better than nothing.
Hey, I'm supposed to be the guide! Wait up! No fair! You have the tiny ad!
