Ah, I did the survey, and forgot sourdough bread...but, even with fresh flours, no yeast, I am still gluten sensitive, so, I cannot really keep having it, goodly fermented or not!
My Saturday treat was a thick slice of sourdough with my farmers raw butter from grass fed happy cows...have to search for another treat : )
But I consume them for the probiotics, instead of opting for the same few in the Rx bottles.
