Hard to tell for sure without seeing the whole back of the bug, and not sure what all kinds of bugs you have there, but it looks sort of like the milkweed bugs we have here in southeastern US: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Large_milkweed_bug

Thank you Madison. Had a quick look at your link and mine appear to have a longer snout, like a Clanger.

There is also a milkweed assassin bug that eats the milkweed bugs. It looks similar and has a long snout. But ours seem to have longer bodies than yours there in the pic: http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/beneficial/bugs/zelus_longipes.htm, and there is an orangey (http://www.cphdforum.org/index.php/2015/06/03/about-red-palm-weevil) colored weevil, but maybe you don't even have palms there. After that, I'm about out of guesses, lol. Will be curious to see what all everyone else comes up with, though!

Is it possibly some form of blister beetle?  They seem to mate underleaf in similar fashion.  I couldn't find one of the same exact coloration, but here is a similar snout.
