Greetings and welcome,
My son has 4.5 acres and is going to start as a recreation site with Hobit houses. Any thoughts on pros and cons of moving from a recreation site to a community? Your book sounds interesting.

Hi Danny

Thanks so much! My books are based on a planned community created for science. I wish I had personal experience with living in a planned community *dreams* Perhaps one day. I had to lean on the experiences of others to cultivate my world and characters.

As for pros, what I gleaned from others:
- A tight bond that feels more like family
- Everyone strives to meet the needs of others
- The communal atmosphere creates opportunities for personal and spiritual growth

And the cons:
- Everyone knows your business

Hopefully those with experience in living within planned communities will have better answers for you than I.

Good luck to your son!

Jesikah
