Need someone who can draw

Hey I'm setting up a few things here and there but I need some pictures drawn. They're mainly going to be of people I can give a description of what I need some personal creativity with my idea is fine. Just upload on here if you can the first I need is a old tall man with a staff decent beard on him and even though he's old he has to look strong. Cheers to anyone who helps.
